Night One

So we were going to go to Chinatown tonight for dinner, but Saii and I are both exhausted so we are just heading down the street to a local market near her apartment. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to the street food (most of what I post/eat looks normal, but probably 75% of the food we pass is unrecognizable and not in English haha) so I'm glad to have Saii here to help. I pretty much just buy whatever she does haha. We started with buying some chicken and pork kabobs and sticky rice, which I saved for later, and then sat down at Saii's favorite noodle place for some meatball soup. It was really good!! And these meatball are not American meatballs at all haha, but delicious.

I then also picked up some of my now favorite fruit, this guava plum hybrid. It comes with pink flavored sugar stuff you dip it in, it's so good!! Dinner was another testament to how cheap Asia is: chicken and rice ($1.50), soup ($1.50), guava ($1).

I've also been walking a ton and since my phone records it, I'm going to record it here at the end of every day.
